Kate is trying to behave as though her younger sister's wedding is perfectly normal, despite the groom being Kate's former fiancé. A mountaintop setting and an unfortunate bridesmaid dress do little to make the weekend easier. Then she meets Piper again. Her sister's once-awkward best friend has grown into a confident woman who is happy to make her interest in Kate clear. Their attraction offers a welcome alternative to wedding obligations, although finding time alone proves difficult amid the preparations and unexpected animal complications. Kate wants to get the couple down the aisle so she can discover where her own weekend might lead.
