The Unfinished Line

Kameryn Kingsbury believes landing a coveted film role is the turning point of her life. Meeting Dillon Sinclair gives that success an unexpected rival for her attention. Dillon, a celebrated British triathlete, is confident, driven, and determined to achieve the Olympic gold medal still missing from her career. The connection between them challenges Kam’s understanding of herself and develops across places as different as Hawaii, California, the Florida Keys, and Wales. Yet the demands of elite sport and sudden fame do not stay outside their relationship. As Dillon’s past and Kam’s increasingly public life create new pressures, both women must confront the sacrifices built into ambition and the strain of trying to be perfect.
