Missing Dead Girls

Tillie’s move from Philadelphia to Willow Creek is supposed to put distance between her and the experiences she would rather forget. Madison Frank makes the new town feel less like a punishment. Beautiful, wealthy and magnetic, Madison draws Tillie into an intense connection that promises an escape from everything she has left behind. Then Madison disappears, and a photograph of her apparently bloodied body reaches their classmates from Tillie’s phone. The message makes Tillie look responsible, turning private fears into a public accusation. As secrets surface and the story of their relationship becomes harder to untangle, Tillie has to confront the danger inside the closeness she trusted. A fresh start has become another place where the past refuses to stay buried.
