Girl Island

Ellery has won a scholarship to an exclusive school, but sharing its privileges does not mean she fits in with the other girls. A plane crash makes those divisions more dangerous, leaving six teenagers stranded on an island with no easy route home. Among them is Skye, Ellery’s former best friend, whose absence has left feelings neither has resolved. Survival demands cooperation from a group already shaped by class, resentment and competing loyalties. As the girls struggle to establish control over their circumstances, old hierarchies threaten to follow them into the wilderness. Ellery must decide whom she can trust when the people around her are both her only help and a source of danger.
