Late Bloomer

A lottery win gives Opal Devlin the chance to leave her unrewarding job, but it also attracts an exhausting stream of people asking for money. Hoping to protect her new start, she pours her winnings into a struggling flower farm in Asheville, where she plans to make a home and build a painting business. There is one major complication: Pepper Boden already lives there and insists the farm belongs to her. Neither woman is prepared to abandon her plans, so they agree to share the property. Their practical arrangement quickly becomes a tangle of arguments, competing dreams, and attraction, leaving Opal and Pepper to work out whether they can grow something together.
