Just Another Epic Love Poem

Mitra Esfahani and Bea Ortega have spent five years building a private world together in a notebook. What began as a poem when they were thirteen has become a place for questions, confessions and the feelings they struggle to share elsewhere. For quiet Mitra, the pages hold both the warmth of her friendship with Bea and the ache of her mother's absence. Bea brings her own heartbreaks to their ongoing exchange. Yet Mitra keeps one feeling outside the notebook: she has fallen in love with her best friend. As their relationship changes, the girls must find new ways to understand the words they have been writing to each other all along.
