Dreamslayer

Praer Dundariff has devoted herself to the temple and the promise of reaching the dream world. A friend’s death and final warning begin to undermine that certainty. Seeking reassurance, Praer returns to dreams of Reverie, a beautiful warrior inspired by a temple statue, only to encounter a fierce rejection. Further visits reveal that these are no ordinary dreams: Praer has entered Hell, and Reverie is a real being trapped there by a curse. Reverie and her companions need Praer’s help to escape, drawing her into a dangerous search for the means to open Hell’s gates. Caught between her religious training and her desire for someone she was taught to fear, Praer must decide which truths she can trust.
