Pan once imagined a small life around her father's repair shop, stolen evenings dancing with her friend Tara and the ships passing overhead. Years later, two visiting gladiators offer a route beyond the limits of her home world. Following them takes her off the established grid and into the machinery of a society whose pageantry hides brutal bargains. This science-fiction graphic novel begins a story of escape, solidarity and resistance, as Pan discovers that leaving home may also mean challenging the systems that decide what women are allowed to want.
