Camp Spirit
The story
Élodie expected the summer before college to be her own, but instead she finds herself working as a camp counsellor. Looking after children is not the escape she had in mind, and settling into the camp's routines brings its share of frustration. Another counsellor begins to change the experience, opening up the possibility of a connection Élodie did not anticipate. Meanwhile, the camp itself seems to hold something stranger than ordinary summer trouble. Against the backdrop of 1994, her job becomes a season of unexpected attraction, reluctant responsibility and growing unease. The woods offer more than a setting for activities, and Élodie must navigate both their mysteries and her changing feelings.
