Adeptus Major

Princess Evelynne de Molay’s survival depends on an unexpected stranger when an assassination attempt threatens her life. Her rescuer, Alleandre Tretiak, possesses abilities that extend far beyond physical courage: thought, perception, and movement can all fall within the reach of her psychic powers. In the island nation of Atlantis, those gifts draw Alleandre into a world shaped by royal obligations and political danger. The women’s growing friendship becomes romantic as they face the consequences of the attack together. Yet their connection develops under circumstances that leave little room for an uncomplicated courtship. Uncovering the conspiracy against Evelynne means confronting threats to the royal family while deciding how deeply they can trust one another.
