The Love Curse of Melody McIntyre

Melody McIntyre can organize almost every aspect of a school production, but her romantic life refuses to follow a workable schedule. After relationships repeatedly coincide with theatrical disasters, she promises to stay single until the next show is over. Then rising actress Odile Rose joins the cast of Les Misérables. Odile is talented, funny and just as invested in the production as Melody, which makes avoiding her rather impractical. Backstage responsibilities and theatrical superstitions offer plenty of reasons to maintain the rule; the time they spend together supplies reasons to break it. Melody must manage a show and an increasingly inconvenient attraction without knowing whether love is really the source of her bad luck.
