Something Like Possible

Madison has a political future mapped out, and a school election is supposed to be another step toward it. Instead, her girlfriend breaks up with her, removes her as campaign manager and leaves her scrambling to salvage both her ambitions and her confidence. Finding a new candidate gives Madison a reason to regroup, but working closely with another girl introduces feelings that refuse to follow her carefully prepared schedule. Then she and other queer students uncover a pattern of harassment in student government. Suddenly, winning an election is only part of the problem. With her plans repeatedly knocked off course, Madison must decide how to use her determination, who deserves her loyalty and what meaningful change might demand from her.
