Once Upon a Galactic Time

Storm Redfield was born in 2057 and trained for a military life. Betrayal removes her from the world she understands, and she awakens in the twenty-third century facing a future that has moved on without her. Joining a civilian crew gives her a place to begin again, but adapting means more than learning new technology or rules. Her training, loyalties and expectations all belong to another time. As she becomes involved in the crew’s lives and adventures, Storm must decide how to use what she knows without being trapped by what happened to her. The first Alpha Red novel introduces a lesbian protagonist navigating space travel, unfamiliar relationships and a second chance she did not choose.
