Melt My Heart

Lily Rose loves her body, yet living beside her conventionally beautiful twin Daisy has left her unsure that anyone would choose her first. Cal seems to offer exactly that reassurance: he is attractive, attentive and interested in Lily. Unfortunately, he is also the boy Daisy has a crush on. Keeping their relationship secret should be the summer’s biggest complication, but Lily cannot understand why being with him feels less satisfying than spending time with her best friend Cassie at the ice-cream shack. University will soon take the friends in different directions, making every ordinary moment feel newly important. As jealousy and affection become harder to explain, Lily begins questioning whether the romance she thought she wanted is the one she actually needs.
