Love Bites

Two years after her divorce, Chloë still finds it difficult to venture beyond the safety of home. A night out at a goth club is meant to be something she endures, until she meets Angela. The astronomy student offers the possibility of companionship and a future Chloë had stopped imagining. Their attraction is real, but Angela’s life comes with restrictions that cannot be explained by a busy university schedule. She avoids daylight, does not eat and has no heartbeat. Building trust after heartbreak is difficult enough without adding vampirism. As the women grow closer, they must work out what a shared life could mean when only one of them is alive.
