Happily Ever Afterlife

Frannie is tired of having her writing dismissed by the celebrated novelist who employs her. Wandering through Manhattan's Dakota Building after another discouraging exchange, she encounters a ghostly child who wants a playmate. That meeting introduces her to an entire family of spirits, including the children's intriguing mother, Elsa. What begins as inspiration for a new manuscript develops into friendship and then something more personal. Yet Elsa and her children cannot simply walk out of their haunted home to share Frannie's future. This paranormal romance follows an aspiring novelist caught between the life she hopes to build and the impossible family she has come to love, with their freedom becoming the question her imagination alone cannot answer.
