Get It Together Delilah

Delilah Green’s father is away, her mother has left, and the family café still needs someone to keep it running. At seventeen, Delilah is trying to manage adult responsibilities while dealing with school bullies and friendships that are far from straightforward. The pressures leave little room to work out what she wants for herself. Across the street, dancer Rosa offers a more welcome distraction, although Delilah’s crush brings uncertainties of its own. As obligations accumulate, keeping everything under control becomes increasingly unrealistic. Her story follows the collision of family duty, teenage independence and first love, as she tries to build a life that includes more than solving everyone else’s problems.
