Fireheart Tiger

Thanh returns to her home court carrying memories of years spent as a hostage in Ephteria, including a fire she cannot fully explain and a relationship she has never entirely left behind. When Princess Eldris arrives as part of a diplomatic encounter, their renewed attraction brings personal desire into a negotiation shaped by unequal power. Thanh’s mother expects her to serve the interests of their country, while Ephteria’s influence makes every choice precarious. Strange echoes of the earlier fire further unsettle what Thanh believes about her past. Caught between family expectations, political pressure and competing possibilities for love, she must decide which promises deserve her trust and what independence might require.
