Darkness Embraced

Two centuries after becoming a vampire, Epiphany knows how dangerous it is to lose a powerful protector. Once favoured by Renata, queen of the Rosso Lussuria, she has survived her dismissal by staying inconspicuous under the shelter of her friend Vasco. Renata's summons ends that relative safety. Epiphany must face challenges that could make her an Elder, though enemies within the clan make survival far from certain. The trials unfold amid private ambitions and a conspiracy against the queen she once loved. Protecting what remains important to her means moving beyond the caution that has sustained her for years. An alliance with darkness may offer a way forward, but it also carries consequences she cannot ignore.
