Sabine Fleischer has survived an attack in Afghanistan, but returning to ordinary life is proving harder than surviving the immediate danger. An army surgeon living with post-traumatic stress, she is trying to rebuild her sense of safety while sustaining her relationship with Rebecca Keane.
