Alice Isn't Dead

Keisha Taylor has already mourned her wife when she begins seeing Alice on television, alive and present at scenes of catastrophe. Unable to accept the explanation she once lived with, Keisha becomes a long-haul truck driver and follows the highways in search of answers. The road offers fleeting clues, unsettling encounters and glimpses of a struggle far larger than one missing person. Each discovery makes the life she thought she knew harder to recognize. Yet the possibility of finding Alice keeps her moving, even as the search draws danger closer. Love and dread travel together through this horror novel, in which the ordinary geography of America conceals something profoundly wrong.
