Radio Silence

Frances has organized her life around academic success and the promise of an elite university. Away from that carefully maintained image, she loves a podcast whose creator turns out to be Aled, a quiet boy who gives her space to be someone less polished and more herself. Their friendship becomes a creative refuge, until the podcast's growing audience brings unwanted attention and strains the trust between them. Frances is also carrying guilt about Aled's sister, Carys, and a past she has avoided confronting. As familiar ambitions begin to feel less certain, she must reconsider what achievement means and whether the future she has worked toward is really the one she wants.
