Ari Vidal expects her first job as a Miami prosecutor to mark the end of a long academic rivalry. Instead, Sloane Medina arrives at the same office, bringing three years of competition back into Ari's daily life. Working together keeps their old antagonism alive, but it also reveals pressures and vulnerabilities neither saw in law school. As professional competition turns into an increasingly personal connection, both women must decide whether protecting their pride matters more than understanding each other beyond the roles they have always played.
