Monster Stalker

Nico remembers being a vampire in 1998. She does not remember how she arrived on Darqueworld, hundreds of light-years from Earth, with a stuffed bear and a switchblade among her few possessions. In Again NewYork, humans and supernatural beings live together, making an ordinary student life seem unexpectedly possible. So does a relationship with Shayla, a diner waitress whose own past involves witchcraft and dangerous responsibilities. Nico’s missing history, however, has not stopped mattering simply because she has found somewhere new to live. The threat connected to her creation begins to disturb that fragile normality. With affection and danger drawing her in competing directions, Nico has to discover what followed her into this unfamiliar future.
