Cry Wolf

Haley Benson makes her living inventing sensational stories for an online tabloid. When inspiration runs out, she publishes a claim that a remote town is overrun with werewolves, expecting little consequence from one more fabrication. Wolf Lake's mayor disagrees. Kay Odell demands a retraction and threatens legal action, bringing Haley face to face with someone who will not let the story pass. Their confrontation develops into an attraction that complicates what should have been a straightforward dispute. Haley's habit of treating truth as optional becomes harder to maintain when the woman challenging her is also the woman she wants to know.
