Crashing into Christmas

Morgan Gatlin wants nothing more than to get home after a punishing emergency-room shift. Driving through a severe New York snowstorm, she hits Elena Solorzano and takes the injured woman to hospital. When the weather leaves Elena stranded, Morgan offers her somewhere to stay. Sharing a home turns an awkward accident into a growing connection, and Elena’s warmth begins to disturb the solitary life Morgan has built around her grief. Morgan can manage practical care more easily than emotional vulnerability, but their time together makes retreat increasingly difficult. As Christmas approaches, she must consider whether protecting herself from another loss is worth refusing the possibility of love.
