Cow Girl

Billie has made a life in London, including a promising relationship with Joely Chevalier. When her father becomes ill, she returns to the Yorkshire dairy farm she thought she had left behind. The homecoming reveals a business in serious trouble and leaves Billie facing work she never expected to take on again. Early mornings and the practical demands of caring for cows soon replace the routines of city life. Meanwhile, distance threatens to interrupt the connection she was building with Joely. Billie must find a way to support her family without losing sight of the person she has become or the future she wants.
