Breaking Legacies

Kiena’s skill as a hunter keeps her mother and brother fed in a kingdom worn down by a war older than she is. When a well-connected friend recommends her for a royal assignment, she receives a task that seems straightforward: track down a princess who has run away. Finding her proves much easier than deciding what should happen next. Away from the apparent certainty of the king’s instructions, Kiena faces a knot of political interests and increasingly personal feelings. The work that promised to support her family begins to challenge her understanding of duty. This sapphic fantasy follows a hunter whose talents can locate a missing woman but cannot tell her where her loyalties should lie.
