Being Hospitable

Kiki Jenkins agrees to host her best friend’s younger sister, expecting a temporary disruption to her otherwise private home. Charley Graham has a more ambitious idea of what their time together could become. Her internship gives her a reason to move in, but she hopes Kiki will finally see her as a woman rather than someone’s little sister. Flirtation and shared space make Kiki’s determination to keep appropriate boundaries increasingly difficult to maintain. What should be a straightforward favor becomes a negotiation between loyalty, attraction, and the possibilities of living together. As their arrangement develops, both must consider whether the end date on Charley’s stay really has to be the end of their connection.
