Behind the Scenes

Rose Josten has work she does well, sisters she loves and pugs with expensive wardrobes. Her private hobby making sensory mindfulness videos provides a creative outlet, yet something still feels absent. Meeting filmmaker Ash Stewart gives that dissatisfaction a new shape. Ash’s career and confidence were damaged by a former partner, and financing one last film may be her best chance to rebuild. Rose’s business knowledge offers practical help, while their attraction creates complications neither can solve professionally. Collaborating means risking renewed hope as well as money and effort. This contemporary romance brings two women with established lives into an uncertain partnership, where creative work and emotional recovery make keeping their feelings separate increasingly difficult.
