Three friends begin their working lives at a glossy magazine, discovering that professional ambition does not make relationships or self-knowledge any easier. Kat Edison is confident in her work as a social media manager, but meeting photographer Adena opens questions she has not yet found a way to answer. Their attraction develops into a relationship that challenges both women’s assumptions about commitment, identity and the futures they want. Kat’s bisexuality remains part of her story even when the relationship changes or other partners enter her life. The series follows that growth alongside the friendships, career decisions and mistakes that make the magazine’s world feel personal.
