Twin sisters Sterling and Blair stumble into bounty hunting while trying to keep their lives at a strict Southern high school looking respectable. Working with experienced hunter Bowser opens a secret world of risky jobs and unlikely skills, but it does little to simplify the girls’ private lives. Sterling’s changing feelings for classmate April bring questions of faith, reputation and sexuality into sharper focus. This comedy balances the sisters’ action-filled double life with an important sapphic coming-of-age story, finding equal trouble in chasing fugitives and admitting what you want.
