A party game turns frighteningly real when a group of teenagers begins to face deaths that seem to follow its predictions. Trying to understand the rules draws their friendships into suspicion, secrecy and increasingly desperate choices. The danger reaches into everyday school and family life, making it hard to know whom to trust or how to protect anyone else. Alex Portnoy is part of the central circle, with her own recovery and identity unfolding alongside the supernatural mystery. In the second season, her relationship with Peri gives her a meaningful romantic connection beyond the group's immediate crisis. The horror drama ties its curse to the fragile bonds that can both sustain friends and pull them apart.
