Four students at an elite school secretly join forces to expose bullies and challenge the people who normally escape consequences. They call their group DGM, keeping their work hidden even from friends who know other parts of their lives. When a death puts the group under suspicion, their private alliance becomes both a source of protection and a new vulnerability. Olivia's polished public image conceals parts of herself she is not ready to share, including her attraction to girls. Her connection with Amber brings those tensions into focus without resolving every question about their future. The mystery follows young women discovering that solidarity requires more than agreeing on who deserves to be exposed.
