Bee treats dating as a game she knows how to win, particularly when the women involved insist they are straight. Her roommate Olivia has watched enough of the aftermath to be unimpressed by the strategy. When Bee develops feelings for Dylan, the familiar routine becomes harder to control, forcing her to confront the emotional risks she usually leaves to other people. Their wider circle has its own entanglements, grudges and opportunities for spectacularly poor judgment. Set within a community of queer women in Los Angeles, the web comedy follows the point where casual pursuit starts asking for honesty. Friendship and romance repeatedly interfere with the tidy story Bee likes to tell about herself.
