An ordinary college student wins a role in a major film and discovers that professional opportunity comes with relentless scrutiny of her personal life. As Paige tries to reconcile old friendships with a new celebrity world, the people around her compete for attention, influence and security. Alexis Glenn understands that world’s pressures but repeatedly turns self-protection into cruelty. Her history with Rachel and her connection with Dakota expose the tension between private desire and a marketable public image. The series places those queer relationships inside a glossy ensemble drama where affection, ambition and publicity become difficult to disentangle, and where a secret can quickly become someone else’s advantage.
