Two mothers discover that the babies they have taken home from the hospital were switched at birth. Correcting the mistake proves much harder than exchanging a pair of bassinets, because both women have already formed attachments they cannot simply set aside. Ana and Mariana build an unconventional arrangement around the children, drawing their families and partners into a shared life that neither expected. Mariana’s relationship with Elena and her changing bond with Ana give the comedy a sustained sapphic dimension. Over three seasons, questions about parenting and belonging become inseparable from questions about desire, as practical cooperation develops into something more difficult for either mother to define.
