At a busy Roman talent agency, keeping clients happy can mean improvising through a fresh crisis every day. The agents juggle egos, career gambles and private complications while famous faces play heightened versions of themselves. Lea Martelli’s relentless commitment to work creates its own costs, including pressure on her relationship with Caterina. The Italian adaptation balances workplace comedy with an ensemble’s emotional lives; Lea’s sapphic story is significant, but the agency and its unruly clients remain the larger framework. Sapphic storyline: Lea and Caterina in season 1, with relationship consequences in season 2.
