Brooklyn Nine-Nine

The detectives of Brooklyn's 99th precinct turn work into a constant negotiation between professional responsibility and personal chaos. Among the ensemble, guarded Rosa Diaz is used to deciding exactly how much of herself other people get to see. Coming out as bisexual changes that calculation, bringing difficult conversations with her parents and new possibilities in her dating life. Later relationships, including one with hairstylist Jocelyn, extend that story beyond a single announcement. The precinct comedy gives Rosa's queer identity meaningful space while continuing to follow the cases, friendships and competing personalities of the whole team. Sapphic storyline seasons: Rosa comes out in S5 episodes 9–10; sapphic dating continues later, including Jocelyn in S6. Not a series-long central romance.
