Brilliant Minds

At Bronx General, neurologist Oliver Wolf approaches difficult cases by trying to understand the person behind the symptoms. His unconventional methods put a team of young doctors into situations where medical knowledge alone cannot supply every answer. Dana Dang is one of those interns, balancing clinical pressure with the more uncomfortable business of letting somebody get close. Her connection with paramedic Katie Rodriguez develops from an encounter at the hospital into a relationship with its own hopes, boundaries and complications. The series follows several intertwined professional and personal journeys, with Dana and Katie’s romance becoming a continuing part of that ensemble rather than a case that disappears at the end of an episode.
