Molly returns home with news that changes the way she understands her own life: after years of dating men, she has fallen in love with a woman. Telling her best friend Elle should be the easy part, but Elle is dealing with family revelations that have left her equally unsettled. Their friendship becomes the place where questions about sexuality, commitment and their parents’ choices collide. The Canadian comedy follows Molly’s bisexual awakening without pretending that coming out produces an immediate plan for adulthood. Romantic uncertainty sits alongside work and family tension, allowing the two friends to be supportive, impatient and funny while learning that their familiar world has changed.
