Jenna can express herself through art more easily than she can through conversation. A talented young professional with severe social anxiety, she wants affection and connection but often finds the everyday rituals of dating overwhelming. Her efforts to meet women lead to awkward encounters, mixed signals and moments when retreating feels much safer than trying again. Friends, potential partners and her own expectations all complicate the search for a relationship that feels possible. Set in Boise, this short-form comedy follows a lesbian woman learning to make room for herself as well as other people. Its romantic misadventures are also a story about self-respect, vulnerability and the imperfect ways confidence can grow.
