As Christmas approaches and the year draws to a close, six women find their lives connecting through three very different romances. Iris and Mardou navigate the possibility of a new beginning, while Lou and Kenna's paths meet through work and proximity. Janey and Sue face the strains of a relationship shaped by distance, trust and the pressures surrounding Sue's music. Across the overlapping stories, ordinary plans rarely keep feelings neatly in place. This holiday ensemble gives its queer couples room for misunderstandings, vulnerability and the pleasure of discovering that somebody wants to stay. The celebrations provide a shared rhythm without making every relationship look alike, bringing together women whose routes toward love depend on recognising what they need and finding the courage to say it.
