Manon steps into a Paris strip club looking for a change and takes the stage name Aurore. The work opens a world of performance, money and intimacy whose rules she must learn quickly. Mia, an experienced dancer with ambitions beyond the club, becomes both a guide and a source of fascination. Their friendship grows into attraction, complicating the distinction between the freedom Manon hoped to find and the attachments she did not expect. As the women negotiate their work and private lives, desire carries consequences that cannot be kept neatly offstage. Lucie Borleteau’s drama approaches the dancers as people making their own choices while exploring how romantic longing can alter a newly imagined life.
