Abby would prefer a quiet Thanksgiving while she recovers from the end of her first relationship with a woman. Her friend Molly is navigating a separation of her own, and their attempt to spend the holiday together soon expands into a gathering neither can control. Friends, relatives, unexpected guests, and competing emotional needs crowd the house, leaving little room for the peaceful reset Abby had imagined. Amid the chaos, she is pushed to think about what comes after heartbreak and how to find confidence in a part of her life that still feels new. The ensemble comedy turns a disorderly meal into a day of uncomfortable advice, imperfect friendship, and tentative movement toward another beginning.
