Friends & Family Christmas

Daniella has moved to New York to build a life as an artist, and spending Christmas with her creative friends seems more appealing than navigating her parents’ expectations back home. Amelia, an entertainment lawyer recovering from a broken engagement, is equally reluctant to make romance a holiday priority. Their parents have other ideas. To satisfy the matchmaking without surrendering control, the two women agree to pretend they are dating. The arrangement starts as a convenient performance, but sharing each other’s work, friendships and seasonal rituals makes it harder to separate the story they are telling from what they actually feel. A holiday romance about chosen community, family interference and the possibility of an unexpected connection.
