Sasha works in production lighting, taking opportunities when they arrive and accepting the unpredictable hours that come with them. Elisabeth’s life as a concert pianist keeps her travelling on a schedule of her own. Their attraction is immediate, but making room for a relationship proves more difficult than either woman hopes. Time together is interrupted by work, distance, and the fear that choosing love might mean surrendering a hard-won ambition. As they try to stay connected, small compromises begin to reveal larger differences in what they need. The romance follows two women who want to be together while still learning what happiness asks of them, and whether a shared future can survive the practical demands of their separate lives.
