After her relationship with Ana breaks down, Emilia leaves the city and returns to the Patagonian town where her mother lives. Coming home offers little immediate comfort. Familiar places and people stir feelings she has not resolved, and the apparent stillness of the landscape only makes her restlessness more visible. Working as a gym teacher, Emilia moves between old acquaintances, new encounters, and desires that do not provide the clear direction she wants. An attraction within the school environment further complicates her search for intimacy. Rather than treating return as an easy beginning, the film follows the uncomfortable process of recognising what she has carried with her. In the space between impulse and reflection, Emilia starts to reconsider the life she might choose.
