An unexpected landing in Slovenia leaves Danish traveller Iben stranded far from the holiday she had planned. Tina, a young woman working a summer shuttle-driving job, takes the passengers to their hotel in Ljubljana. When Iben asks for a late-night drive through the city, a routine journey becomes a meeting neither woman wants to end. They talk in English, moving between unfamiliar surroundings and the things they find difficult to say about themselves. Tina is searching for a direction of her own, while Iben carries a private burden that complicates their growing closeness. Nejc Gazvoda’s intimate drama lets an accidental connection unfold through conversation, humour and hesitation, asking how much two people can offer each other during a brief interruption of their ordinary lives.
