Love a Comeback

A successful television reunion has given Bexley Simon and Sam Farmer renewed professional opportunities, but work has also kept them apart. Back in Los Angeles, the actresses hope to spend time together and see where their long-standing attraction might lead. Then news arrives that Ramona Watts, a once-disgraced star rebuilding her career through a hit horror series, has stopped showing up. Curiosity draws Bex and Sam toward another mystery among people who make their living controlling appearances. Their connections may open doors, but they cannot guarantee honest answers. This second TV Detectives novel mixes a Hollywood disappearance with the effort to turn an interrupted romance into something that can survive beyond a reunion.
